Experience: Any Graduation with Minimum 8 Year as Team Lead in Sales & Development Manager with good brand of FMCG
Roll and Responsibility
-Sales Planning and Sales forecast.
-Yearly Contest for the sales team, Drafting and monthly review against achievement for all stake holders.
-Periodic Training of sales team for General and Modern Trade
-Scheme formulation and tracking of utilization month wise and bringing more variations in scheme formulation.
-Incentive Program formulation with different variations.
-Develop a consumer promotion strategy for GT and MT channel
-New Product launch plan at micro level. ASM wise/SO/SR wise/Distributor wise Planning, execution/review.
-Competition tracking and review for launches, price increase
