Job Responsibility
- Must have worked with good automobile MNC’s
- Capable to lead team
- Management Budgeting and presentations
- Identify new potential suppliers for organisation /Customer needs
- Manufacturing and overall Part Costing calculation and negotiation with supplier to meet organisational cost target
- Making Development plan for Supplierw/vendors
- Release Purchase order for suppliers
- Issuing LOI to supplier for new parts, Adherence of New part delivery as per Events (internal/Customer)
- Follow-up and support supplier day to day for procurement of parts and delivery demands
- Prepare, revise, release Tentative Supplier delivery plan and ensure timely and quantities delivery as per organizational production plan
- Sharing of Supplier Performance Letter to suppliers and demand corrective action wherever gap observed
- Tooling approval and process approval
- Ensuring SOP readiness at Supplier.
- Packing Approvals for new parts.
- New Supplier Assessment for understating supplier competency.
- Evaluating and shortlisting suppliers considering various technical and commercial aspects.
- Floating RFQ’s
- Inventory control as per company norms & Space utilization Planning.
