We are the only organization in Bharat working to instill the “MONOZUKURI” mindset in incoming engineers from Engineering Institutes, Polytechnic Institutes, and ITI. Only about 1474 Japanese industries exist in India compared to 55,000 Japanese companies in China. The main cause of this is that we lack “MONOZUKURI” expertise, which means that our products still don’t have the “World Class Quality” that would allow us to export them to the majority of the world’s countries. Young engineers’ technical and soft skills are being developed by SANSO KEIHATSU, as well as those of technical associates, supervisors, and managers in manufacturing firms, so that they can produce products of sustainable quality, increase plant productivity, increase plant capacity to ensure 100% delivery, and concentrate on “KAIZEN” (continuous improvement) of their plant to become “Cost Competitive”.
