Industry : FMCG/Corporate Office

Experience: Any Graduation with Minimum 8 Year as Team Lead in Sales & Development Manager with good brand of FMCG

Roll and Responsibility

-Sales Planning and Sales forecast.

-Yearly Contest for the sales team, Drafting and monthly review against achievement for all stake holders.

-Periodic Training of sales team for General and Modern Trade

Scheme formulation and tracking of utilization month wise and bringing more variations in scheme formulation.

Incentive Program formulation with different variations.

-Develop a consumer promotion strategy for GT and MT channel

-New Product launch plan at micro level. ASM wise/SO/SR wise/Distributor wise Planning, execution/review.

-Competition tracking and review for launches, price increase
