Skills Required
- Execute the PM plan in a true manner to avoid major failures.
- Control and monitor inventory of the department.
- Manage the team of DET, Fitters, Contractor etc.
- Should have knowledge of Hydraulic and pneumatic system.
- Should be capable to read and understand Hydraulic & pneumatic circuit drawing and general machine equipment’s drawing.
- Should have knowledge of SAP.
- Must have knowledge of Downtime reduction plan using continual improvements, Kaizens, TPM, 5S.
- Must have knowledge of preventive, predictive, Condition based maintenance methods & Its effective execution at shop floor.
- Should have maintenance knowledge of CR & HR slitter line, CR & HR Cut to length line, EOT crane, Compressor & dryers etc.
- Shift In charge will be responsible for Shift related activities like maintain Log Book, Daily Check list etc.
