Job Roll
- Detailed analysis of all Projects having civil, structural and mechanical components and to be able to determine proper assessment of BOQs
- Analyse existing data of similar work undertaken within the organization across locations in close coordination with different Procurement Teams and arrive at benchmark rates for different items of civil, structural and mechanical work. Keep updating the same on an ongoing basis
- Analyse all Capex Proposals from the angle of BOQ optimization as well as cost optimization
- Evaluate different Projects from Technical viewpoint. Suggest alternative newer and modern solutions for cheaper cost or cost saving options
- Help in creating Various Dashboards for Capex Projects and drive digitization of manual processes within the team
- Ability to guide and develop portals for use by Capex Finance Team
- Eagerness to learn newer technologies and languages such as RPA, Python, etc and use them in day-to-day activities within Capex Finance or suggest them for use by other Project teams.
- Work on trouble shooting technical issues in SAP System jointly with IT Team and help resolve challenges faced by different Project Teams.
- Communication with Project Managers and other peer departments for various information across all plant and office locations of the Group
- Any other activities that may come up from time to time

- Results-driven, capable to perform well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Medium SAP user.
- Good/Basic knowledge of various BI tools (Business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau etc)
